Paid time off- Employees accrue 1 hour of earned paid leave for every 40 hours worked, up to 40 hours in a defined year. PTO may be used after 3 months of employment.
Employees can use their accrued earned paid leave for any reason such as an emergency, illness, sudden necessity, planned vacation, etc. If you do not use your paid time off you can ask for it to be added to your paycheck in November/December before the new year.
